Large EV batteries are comprised of multiple modules, each containing numerous cells. This cell and module combination is what provides the EV with energy. As battery technology continues to advance, and as OEMs develop more efficient methods for servicing and replacing faulty, damaged, or aging components, the strategic and safe storage of battery modules will become crucial. This will ensure a constant supply of modules, enabling quick service turnarounds and minimising vehicle downtime.
Each Modular Storage Cabinet comes as standard with a lockable door, flame arrestors, fire protection, and an exhaust system to divert harmful gases in the event of a fire incident. Providing your business with a secure, safe, and compliant storage system.

Full EV Battery Storage and Transport Trailer
We have developed a storage box and transport trailer to allow full EV battery packs to be stored and transported. This allows full battery packs to be safely stored outside, when removed from a vehicle. The trailer is fitted with a mechanical moving system allowing for remote transportation to an outside quarantine area. The design of the full battery storage box allows them to be stackable on site or during transit, reducing the amount of space needed for your designated quarantine area.
Each full EV Battery Storage Box comes as standard with fire protection and vented louvres to divert harmful gases in the event of fire incident.
In addition, we can supply your business with a lifting device to safely remove a full battery pack from a vehicle into our battery storage box.
